Adjustable Manifold

The SharkBite PRESS adjustable manifold can be used for the distribution of water in hot water, heating, air conditioning and plumbing installations in general, with a maximum temperature of 95º and a pressure of 16 bar.

The adjustable manifold adapts and orientates manually, since the modules can be manually rotated through 180º. And not only that, but it is compatible with Polyethylene Reticulated pipes (PEXa) and with MULTICAPA pipes.

It is manufactured in PPSU, polyphenylsulfone, a high-performance technopolymer plastic. The conical seal of this plumbing and heating system is manufactured in peroxide EPDM 70 that guarantees the tightness in the internal part of the pipe and between the collector modules.

The entrance to the collector of the press system is available in ø 25 and / or ø 20. And the outputs in ø 16 and / or ø 20.

It is a collector resistant to corrosion and impervious to scale and calcareous deposits in the water. It offers excellent resistance to hydrolysis and chemicals, even under long-term exposure to high temperatures.

The water collector is safe for hygienic applications and does not contain harmful substances. It is suitable for drinking water installations and for heating installations. Its chemical resistance to building materials allows it to be embedded in walls and floors without the need for protection.

The adjustable manifold is connected to several pipes by means of a radial compression tightening tool. It is compatible with the three most common types of tightening on the market, U, RF and TH. It has an optimal size for embedded installations in low thickness partitions and, in addition, total compatibility with PEXa, PERT, PERT EVOH, PEXa EVOH and Multilayer pipes with Aluminium in ø 16, 20, 25 and 26mm. The orientable manifold adapts and orientates manually, since, the modules can be turned to 180º.

The adjustable press manifolds are manufactured under ISO / 21003 – ISO / 15875 and ISO / 22391, tested and approved for use at temperature and maximum working pressure of 95ºC to 16 bar.
