Tee Radiator Connection

The SharkBite PRESS Tee Radiator Connection serves to make the connection with a radiator cutting key.

It is manufactured in PPSU Polifenilsulfona (high performance technopolymer plastic) that incorporates a copper adapter of 300 or 750 mm of 15 mm x 1 mm at its central end.

The conical sealing gasket of this radiator tee is made of peroxide EPDM 70 and guarantees a tightness inside the tube. The cap is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, guaranteeing its durability throughout its useful life.

SharkBite PRESS tee radiator connection is resistant to corrosion and impervious to scale and calcareous deposits in the water. It also has excellent resistance to hydrolysis and chemicals, even under long-term exposure to high temperatures.

This press fitting is safe for hygienic applications and does not contain harmful substances. It is suitable for drinking water installations and for heating installations. Chemical resistance to building materials allows the fitting to be embedded in walls and floors without the need for protection.

The radiator tee is joined to the pipeline by a radial compression tightening tool. It is compatible with the three most common types of tightening on the market, U, RF and TH. It has an optimal size for embedded installations in low thickness partitions and, in addition, total compatibility with PEXa, PERT, PERT EVOH, PEXa EVOH and Multilayer with Aluminium pipes in ø 16, 20, 25 and 26mm.

Tee radiator connections testers are manufactured under ISO / 21003, ISO / 15875 and ISO / 22391, tested and approved for use at temperature and maximum working pressure of 95ºC to 10 bar.
