PEX-a with Corrugated Pipe

SharkBite PEX-a with Corrugated Pipe: is suitable for use in plumbing, heating, water conditioning and industrial installations, both indoors and outdoors. Ideal for installations by manifolds to termination wall set with case for a recoverable installation.

It is a natural color PEX-a cross-linked polyethylene pipe lined with blue or red corrugated. The corrugated pipe is manufactured by peroxide Xa system, which provides great flexibility and a perfect homogenization of the crosslinking. These pipes are very resistant to corrosion and chemical agents. They have an excellent thermal memory, they also have a smooth bore and are lightweight and flexible.

The blue or red corrugation allows the SharkBite PEX-a pipe to be channelled through its interior, offering the great advantage of being removable in an installation, since the removable housing allows access to the pipe if necessary for its replacement. The chemical resistance of the corrugated to the materials of work allows to this pipe to be embedded in walls, floor or external without need of protection.

They have full compatibility with SharkBite NEXUS, PRESS and Universal accessories. PEX-a with corrugated pipe is tested and approved for use at a maximum working temperature of 95ºC. This PEX pipe is manufactured according to ISO 15875 standard.
